At Bond Auto Parts, we work hard at offering the best customer service in the business. The counter people at Bond Auto Parts are not just good parts people, they are great individual people. In today's day and age, that goes a long way.
You can be sure to get the information that you need to complete the job you're working on. Our Parts Specialists have all kinds of training opportunities and it's our goal to have at least one ASE Certified counter person in every location. To be ASE Certifited you must have worked in the auto parts field for the past two years and passed a written exam conducted by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence or ASE. Also, all of our Team Members, whether they are a delivery driver, counter person or store manager participate in on-going training classes both in person and on-line conducted by Bond Auto Parts and the Alliance. We've put an emphasis on having as much communication as possible and that directly translates to being in the know.
