Bond Auto Parts, Inc. is lead by a dynamic group of people, they just happen to be family members. Between these guys they have over 136 years of experience in the auto parts business. Each one of them has worked in every one of our stores and work on a daily basis to make Bond Auto Parts, Inc. more successful.
Here is the story of each one and how they got involved in the business.
 Bill Bond - Chairman of the Board of Directors Bill was 14 years old when his parents started Bond Auto. He got his feet wet right then by making deliveries on his bicycle after school and during the summers. Bill officially entered Bond Auto in 1964 just after graduating from the University of Vermont where he started his professional career running the warehouse and purchasing department. In 1985 Bill was instrumental in choosing to be a part of the Auto Value buying group. Bill served many years on the Auto Value Board of Directors and consequently was awarded Auto Value "Man of the Year" by his peers in the year 2000. Today, Bill still serves on the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Board for Bond Auto Parts and remains dedicated to creating steady company growth.
 George Bond - Chief Executive Officer George was only 3 years old when Bond Auto began. George remembers traveling as a kid with his father, Earl, when he would go on the road selling. By about 7th grade George started working a little bit more by spending summers at the warehouse putting up freight, mowing lawns and painting among other odd jobs. Eventually he also began helping out in the stores. George officially entered Bond Auto in 1973 after graduating from Champlain College. He wore many hats from the beginning by managing the Barre store, supervising the other 8 stores and being on the road as a salesman during that 10 year period. George currently is CEO of Bond Auto Parts and oversees the finances of Bond Auto and the day-to-day store operations.
 Mike Pecue - Vice President of Training and Loss Prevention Mike was about 11 years old when he began helping out at the warehouse by sweeping floors and unloading trucks by hand. As he got older he worked in some of the stores during the summer and vividly remembers waiting on his first customer in 1977. Mike officially entered Bond Auto in 1983 after graduating from New Hampshire Vocational Technical College. He began by working in our Claremont and Newport, NH stores and as a salesman. In 1988 he moved to Barre to manage the warehouse and begin the Paint, Body and Equipment side of the business. In the year 2000, Mike was instrumental in getting our state-of-the-art new distribution center and warehouse started and off the ground. He is now in charge of employee training. He both conducts training classes at headquarters and travels to each location. Mike also currently handles loss prevention for the company.
 Greg Pecue - Vice President of Store Operations Greg was a freshman in high school when he started helping out during the summer at his father's (Tom Pecue) store in Claremont, NH. Greg remembers spending time checking in stock orders which were done by hand and doing odd jobs around the store. Greg officially entered Bond Auto in 1984 after also graduating from New Hampshire Vocational Technical College. He continued to work in the Claremont store and as a store coordinator for that area. In 1989, Greg moved to Newport, VT to manage the new store located up there. For 10 years Greg built that store into one of Bond Auto's best performers. In 1999 Greg became Vice President of Store Operations. Greg currently handles the operations of all the company's northern locations.
 Scott Bond - Chief Operating Officer Scott started working in South Barre in the early '80s. He remembers pumping oil from the 10,000 gallon tanks into 5 gallon buckets all day. He continued working summers during high school and college, even working for a period of time in Florida for an auto parts chain. Scott officially entered Bond Auto in 1990 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire. Scott works on building aggressive sales programs for our outside sales team to bring to the professional installers. As COO, he also oversees our team of general managers whom are in charge of the store managers. Together they run the day-to-day business operations of the stores.
 Craig Bond - Vice President of Purchasing Craig started working in the family business in 1985. He has worked in all aspects of the business including warehouse, parts delivery, counter sales, outside sales, store manager and marketing director. He is also a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. In 1998, Craig was nominated and elected to the Marketing Board of Directors for Auto Value. In 2000, Auto Value merged with All/Pro Bumper to Bumper to form the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. He was again elected and served for 5 years on the Marketing Board of Directors. In 2005, Craig was elected and served a 3 year term on the AWDA Board of Governors. Also in 2005, he was elected and still serves on the Product Committee for the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance. Craig currently is the Vice President of Purchasing and Warehouse Operations at Bond Auto Parts. Craig additionally deals with new acquisitions as well as the family real estate holdings.
 Mark Mast - Vice President of Marketing Mark joined the company in December of 1999 and worked in Montpelier as the Store Manager. He later came into the offices and now handles the marketing for the company. Mark has a BS in Marketing which he received from Northeastern University. He works to promote the image of Bond Auto Parts through advertising, in-store promotions and the various media outlets. He also handles all of the events that Bond Auto Parts has throughout the year including the 4 Wheel Drive Jamboree, The Labor Day Classic at Thunder Road, various employee functions and customer appreciation events.
 Christopher Bond - General Counsel; Vice President of Human Resources Chris is a graduate of Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA (B.A., Politics). He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was Commentary Editor for the Connecticut Law Review. Following law school, Chris was a law clerk for the Hon. Christopher F. Droney, United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. Prior to joining Bond Auto Parts, Chris was an Associate in the Stamford office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, where he focused his practice on employment law. Chris is admitted to practice in Connecticut (2002), Vermont (2006), and New Hampshire (2010). Chris handles Bond Auto Parts day-to-day human resources. He manages the employees, benefits, payroll and is General Counsel.
 Andy Bond - Chief Financial Officer Andy attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where he majored in Accounting. Andy has worked summers in many of the Bond Auto Parts stores. His most favorite location is of course the Barre Store. He now handles all of the day to day finances of Bond Auto Parts from setting budgets to balancing the company check book and bank accounts. Andy also handles analyzing all store budgets and spending allocations as well as maintaining the fleet of over 100 company vehicles.
